We rented a black and white marble dance floor and a pool table for our wedding, and both were incredible statement pieces that truly elevated the overall design of the event. The products themselves were excellent quality, arrived on time, and were set up professionally. The team was reliable, communicative, and easy to coordinate with throughout the process. We worked directly with Matt, and he was great — responsive, professional, and very helpful in making everything run smoothly. While I initially felt the price was high for renting these two items, after gathering multiple quotes from vendors across Manhattan, New York, and New Jersey, this was actually the most competitive rate we received. For the impact these pieces had, they were absolutely worth it. The black and white dance floor and pool table were details that truly set our wedding apart and made the space feel unique and elevated. Guests commented on them all night. If you’re considering specialty rentals to elevate your wedding design, I would highly recommend investing in pieces like these.

What happens if a band member is unavailable on the event day?

We maintain a deep roster of musicians and performers through partners like Sam Hill and Bachelor Boys, ensuring a reliable backup is always available.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Client Cancellation (30+ Days Prior):
    If the Client cancels an Event at least thirty (30) days before the Event Date, all prepaid fees, costs, and expenses will be refunded in full, except for any non-refundable deposits.

  • Client Cancellation (Less Than 30 Days Prior):
    If the Client cancels an Event less than thirty (30) days before the Event Date, any deposits, retainers, or prepaid fees, costs, and expenses will be forfeited. The Client will also be responsible for paying all fees and expenses outlined in the applicable SOW.

  • Extraordinary Cancellation Due to Client Non-Compliance:
    If Extraordinary cancels an Event because the Client fails to obtain necessary permits and permissions, the Client will forfeit any deposits, retainers, or prepaid fees, costs, and expenses, and will be liable for all fees and expenses specified in the agreement.

What if I need to reschedule my event?

In the event that inclement weather is reasonably anticipated, making the Event unsafe or otherwise impossible to hold on the scheduled Event Date:

    1. Client Request for Rescheduling:
      The Client may request a rescheduled event date (“Rescheduled Event Date”) by providing written notice at least seventy-two (72) hours before the Event Date.

    2. Efforts to Accommodate:
      Extraordinary will make commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate the Rescheduled Event Date. Both parties will collaborate in good faith to ensure that the services for the Rescheduled Event Date are materially similar to those specified in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW). The Client acknowledges that specific performers listed in the SOW may not be available on the Rescheduled Event Date, and will need to select replacement performers from a list provided by Extraordinary. If Extraordinary cannot accommodate the Rescheduled Event Date (as determined at its sole reasonable discretion), the parties will work together to find an alternative date for the Event.

    3. Retention and Application of Funds:

      • Deposit Retention: Extraordinary will retain the deposit for the original Event Date and any nonrefundable or nontransferable payments made in advance by Extraordinary for the Event to offset any costs associated with the original Event Date.

      • Funds Application: If Extraordinary can accommodate the Rescheduled Event Date or an alternative date, all funds paid by the Client for the original Event (excluding the original deposit and any nonrefundable or nontransferable payments) will be applied to the Rescheduled Event Date. The Client will pay a new deposit, and the parties will enter into a new SOW.

      • Refunds: If Extraordinary is unable to accommodate the Rescheduled Event Date or an alternative date, Extraordinary will refund any amounts paid by the Client in excess of the applicable deposit, less any nonrefundable or nontransferable payments made in advance by Extraordinary for the Event.
