Frequently Asked Questions About Our Wedding DJs

How much are your wedding DJs?

Our wedding DJ packages start at $1600. Packages are rated on an hourly basis from the length of time the DJ will be present at your wedding. 

What is your booking policy?

In order to book a DJ for your wedding, a signed contract and retainer of 50% of the total balance will reserve the desired talent for your date. 

Can I talk to the DJ before booking?

You are more than welcome to do a pre-booking call with your DJ to make sure that you feel 100% confident in your talent choice. 

How does the planning process work?

Following the booking of your DJ, your account manager will connect you with them to schedule a kick off call. This can be via phone or video meeting at a time that works for both parties. The DJ will run you through our online planning portal and you will be on your way to complete all of the necessary information. The DJ is always available to answer questions or provide insight.

What time will the DJ arrive to my wedding?

Generally wedding DJ’s arrive 1.5-3 hours early depending on your event needs. 

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry a full insurance liability policy and can provide a certificate of insurance for your venue if needed. 

What if my DJ gets sick?

In the rare event that your DJ is unable to perform due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will do everything in our power to find a replacement DJ. This has only happened once in our entire companies existence. 

Can we choose our music and make requests?

Yes! This is your wedding and we are here to make it exactly what you desire. While some of our clients provide song selections for every part of the wedding, others just provide some of their favorite songs and leave it all in the DJ’s hands. No matter what you choose, we are professionals and will make your wedding unforgettable! 

Do you provide cermony services?

Yes, we provide full ceremony coverage from the sound system and microphones to live video streams. This is an additional add-on to the DJ package and will make sure your guests don’t miss a moment of your wedding ceremony.
