“I love DJing because music unites the world. Music takes you through all emotions that can help you create the soundtrack of your life.”
What is your favorite DJ memory?
“DJing for the DC recording academy holiday party was honestly an honor and I really enjoyed the crowd’s engagement.”
What is your proudest DJ moment?
“I love when I’m able to overcome a technical issue and learn from it. Recently I closed out for DJ Beverly Bond and she played the opening set. She literally played the majority of hits I would have played. I was so nervous but I welcomed the challenge to keep the energy. I was so overwhelmed with the great reception of my set.”
What do you play when you’re ready to bring the party to the next level?
“This honestly depends on the event and the genre of music for the particular vibe. I really don’t have a go to as I let the energy take me there.”

“90’s when the music was so pure and authentic and the art form was evolving”

“I’d compare DJing more to a movie than a sport. There’s the introduction (the beginning vibe to a set…setting the mood) the plot ( get the crowd engaged and turned up) the ending ( wrapping up all of the pieces and leaving the crowd with closure)”

“I’m an extraordinary DJ because I adore people and professionalism. I love making my personality shine through music and crowd engagement.
