“I feel music is therapeutic. The world can be dismal at times and we need to dance, celebrate, and spread love and happiness. When I DJ and see smiling faces and people happy I know I’ve made a positive impact to society.”

What is your favorite DJ memory?

“I was DJing at a winery in California and I was a replacement for a group of bands. I was asked to DJ the event. There were close to 5,000 people there and I had just made a set that winter for a winery. I played a lot of 70’s British Invasion music, Ska, Reggae, and few good music. I lost track of time because people were having such a good time. After it was over a women who’s husband served and was injured in combat came to me with tears in her eyes and told me my husband NEVER dances and I’ve never seen him this happy, THANK YOU! I’d be lying if I were to say I too didn’t have tears him my eyes as she hugged me.”

What’s your favorite type of event to DJ?

“Any event that’s celebrating life.”

If you could DJ in any time period when would it be and why?

“I would DJ during the late 70’s. The reason why would be because of the Disco era.”

How would you describe your DJ style in 5 words?

“Being able to DJ at Jone’s Beach (NYC)on the 4th of July for over 10,000 people.”

Koran was hired to DJ at our annual holiday party last year. The DJ we initially hired canceled 2 days prior to the event due to having COVID. A family member recommended Koran, and he was very responsive and provided references and proof of insurance on the spot. Koran is a great DJ. He is very friendly, talented, and will provide you with the type of service and ambiance you are seeking. I was very impressed with his experience and professionalism. Our organization is very diverse, yet he met all of our needs in a very professional yet fun way. I have received numerous compliments regarding Koran and his work. DJ Miles Morales was the DJ for our wedding and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Between his attention to every detail of what we requested, being on time every time, and getting people on the dance floor I wouldn't waste my time with anyone else. Our wedding was at Green Grove Gardens and the music and sound for indoor and outdoors was perfect. If you are having a wedding or any event that you want everything to be professional and exceptional - this is your guy.
