The Challenge: Crafting an Unforgettable Experience Amidst Uncertainty

With Hurricane Debby looming large, our team faced the daunting task of adapting our entertainment strategy to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees. The challenge was to reimagine our offerings, prioritize safety, and deliver an unforgettable atmosphere despite the unpredictable weather conditions. Could our team of experts rise to the occasion and transform adversity into an extraordinary experience that would leave a lasting impact on the festival-goers?

Our Extraordinary Solution

In response to the hurricane’s arrival, our team swiftly set up the entertainment options, prioritizing safety and responsible decision-making. Although the 16×16 LED Dance Floor was deemed unsafe due to wet conditions, we offered alternative attractions to keep attendees engaged and entertained throughout the weekend. Our offerings included:

Event Production:

Our event production approach focused on delivering an exceptional experience despite the challenging circumstances. We:

  • Coordinated with the festival organizers to ensure a smooth and safe setup
  • Provided alternative entertainment options to mitigate the impact of the LED Dance Floor’s inactivation
  • Ensured seamless execution and adaptability throughout the event

I am excited to share my recent experience with extraordinary entertainment. They did a fantastic job at an event on Capitol Hill. In addition to their experience and knowledge. Their on-site, helpfulness and capabilities were greatly appreciated. I would hire this team for any type of event requiring audio, video, lighting and tech services.

We requested a DJ for a corporate audience and Diego Valenzuela did a great job with music selection with broad appeal to Gen Z to Boomers. Also, we used the magic mirror selfie photo booth with a green screen background and the two attendants (Emmanuel and Ronnie) were every engaging and made the process quite simple with multiple backgrounds, and printed / digital copies. DJ Q (Quentin Fletcher) was my account lead and did a terrific job managing my questions, changes and setting expectations. I hope I get to work with Extraordinary Entertainment again!

We found Extraordinary Entertainmnet Inc. on an internet search. They were fantastic to work with as we needed a very upscale and particular type of DJ and they delivered! We had the fabulous Moses Truzman. Moses was more than just a DJ but a musician and artist with sound and someone who totally understood the "vibe" needed by our client and DELIVERED. THANK YOU!

Had an incredible experience working with Jeff at Extraordinary Entertainment for our company holiday party! The music was a hit, and Jeff's flexibility with scheduling was much appreciated. He really made the event awesome and everyone had the best time. The claw machine and Photo Booth added a fun element that everyone enjoyed. We had Extraordinary Entertainment for our December wedding and I cannot say enough amazing things! We had the 360° booth, magic mirror Photo Booth, and DJ Jeff Lang! If you’re looking for a professional, outgoing, and absolutely incredible DJ, search no further. DJ Jeff is FANTASTIC and kept the dance floor crowded the entire night. From the very first song to the very last the energy was at an all time high. The 360 was such a hit and our guests are still raving about how much fun our wedding was. When speaking to Jeff throughout the planning process, all I said was we wanted to throw a rager and he more than delivered! I will and do recommend Extraordinary Entertainment and DJ Jeff for ANY event! Now we just need to find a reason to throw more parties and work with them again! 🙌🏼

MRPA Conference 2022 AND 2023 had the best Socials (Parties) because of DJ JEFF keeping the PARTIES LIT! From the extensive play list, to the dynamic lighting, to the clear sound from the speaker system, the fun photo booth & especially Jeff’s AWESOME personality, it was definitely an incredible experience at each party!! Our photographer was amazing and captured all of the pictures we needed. He was helpful in telling people how to pose to get the best picture possible. The 360-degree video booth was awesome. Our employees had a great time! Thank you for helping to make our party wonderful and fun!

We just had our second great experience with Extraordinary Entertainment. We have used them for our annual holiday party. The photo booth is a huge hit among staff and the DJ did a wonderful job keeping the energy up throughout the night! I would definitely recommend for any event or wedding!

I can't Thank the extraordinary Entertainment team enough for how awesome they are. I recently hired Jeff to be our DJ at our Wedding in September and it was such a blast. He was just so easy to work with and really helped me create the vibe I was looking for. Jeff really did help bring together my day, I just wanted a laid back chill wedding with a good beat and great atmosphere and the team delivered. We also added on the Axe throwing and it was such a great decision. It was quite a unique way to really bring everyone at the party together and create just a good time had by all. Everyone from the 10 year old kids, with singed waivers, and the Over 60 crowd gave it a go enjoying the competition and game.Jeff, you and your team really did help to make our wedding amazing. We had an amazing experience working with Extraordinary Entertainment for our event. Their communication prior to the date was clear and consistent and any questions we had were explained for what would be best for us. We even made some last minute adjustments that where not only met but exceeded expectations. The crew that came the day of (that was also during the worst weather we've had in months) were professional and great to work with. We plan on using them our future events.

We worked with Eric Stevens for our vow renewal/marriage celebration. We were really looking to party as we had to elope during the height of the pandemic and postpone the celebration with our loved ones. Eric and Extraordinary Entertainment delivered and then some! Eric worked out the details of his setup with the venue so there was one less thing for me to worry about and he was extremely flexible. When I struggled to express our music tastes, he gave us a whole list of the most commonly played event songs so that we could share our likes and dislikes. From there he ran with it and created the perfect vibe for our ceremony that I was hoping for: Fun, Energetic, and Danceable! Not only were my husband and I overjoyed with how the night went, I had multiple guests raving to me about how much they liked our DJ. If I could get married again just to hire Eric a second time, I would!

Every experience with Extraordinary Entertainment from booking to my event was beyond incredible. I booked the "Super Social" photo booth for my event which came with a customized frame template, an awesome backdrop, a professional attendant, and of course beautiful pictures.Everyone I worked closely with including Andrew and Stephanie were kind, responsive, and professional throughout my booking experience. I loved everything from start to finish with this company! They made it super easy for me to book and customize our print outs and even sent me all the digitals afterwards! They made it easy and set everything up and helped out the wedding guests if they needed it. Everyone loved this and so did I! I will definitely be using them again in the future for my events!

Extraordinary Entertainment was by far one of our best vendors. Words can’t even begin to describe how fantastic Jeff was. From the get go, he totally understood our vision and went above and beyond to make sure everything would go smoothly. Even with the torrential downpour that occurred on our wedding day, the show went on and Jeff didn’t bat an eye. Our hope was that the dance floor would never be empty and Jeff more than delivered! Countless guests have commented on how great the music was and we couldn’t agree more. Jeff also did our ceremony which went perfectly. We so appreciate him taking the time to ensure all logistics were taken care of. Andrew was great to work with as well - organized, responsive, checked in with us at the right moments throughout the process, and very professional. I cannot recommend Extraordinary Entertainment enough!
