Extraordinary Shines a Light on Global Investment at the 2025 SelectUSA Investment Summit

We used Extraordinary during a corporate retreat in Hilton Head. They produced a high quality and fun casino night for the group. Doug was great to work with! He helped with formulating different ideas at the start of this project and supported all the way through to the day of making sure his team arrived to location on time for set up. The onsite team was great with our group, and everyone had a wonderful time at the different game tables!

Doug provided excellent advice for how to set up the stage for this large outdoor event, which was changing as the crowd size kept growing and the plans had to be adjusted. Before the event he and his team set everything up perfectly. During the event his team provided advice for handling large crowds and media at future events. Chris Meyer was fantastic to work with during the sourcing process, and Stephanie and Reese were all-stars on-site during the event! The entire team was communicative, helpful, and clearly experts in their fields. The process leading up to the 75,000-person expo was handled expertly by Chris and was easy to do. I'm busy, so I appreciated this! He had great recommendations and was always quick to reply. On site, Stephanie and Reese were a great team and the photos were fantastic. Stephanie was proactive and when we had issues with the on-site provider, she was on it so fast! It made my job on site much less stressful and we were able to average over 250 large group 3D (Array) photos/day (including nearly 300 during the half day!), so it was a great investment. I will definitely work with Extraordinary again and I've shared their info with my colleagues so they can do the same when they need a photo vendor.
