This year, Wonder, a new food delivery app, sought to create a truly unforgettable holiday experience for their team. They envisioned a night filled with wonder, excitement, and dazzling entertainment, and they turned to Extraordinary to bring that vision to life.
Setting the Stage at the Iconic Circo NYC
The chosen venue, Circo NYC, with its whimsical and vibrant atmosphere, provided the perfect backdrop for an evening of enchantment. Extraordinary collaborated closely with the Circo NYC team, ensuring every detail was meticulously planned and executed. This included the crucial task of securely rigging the aerialist apparatuses for both a breathtaking silk performance and an elegant lyra display. Our team also worked seamlessly with Circo’s in-house tech experts to integrate their impressive sound systems and dynamic LED wall visual displays, setting the stage for a truly immersive experience.
A Symphony of Spectacle: Curated Entertainment to Captivate
As the Wonder team arrived, the atmosphere was already buzzing with anticipation, thanks to the smooth background music vibes expertly curated by our talented DJ Yoshi. Once guests had settled in, the spectacle began.
The evening commenced with the graceful and mesmerizing Megan Hornaday taking to the air for a stunning silk aerial performance. Her fluid movements and breathtaking poses left the audience spellbound.
The energy then took a fiery turn with an incredible performance by the Fire Sisters. Their dynamic display incorporated fire staff, hoop twirling, breathing, and swallowing, adding an element of thrilling intensity to the night.
The aerial artistry continued with Adrienne Mora’s captivating lyra performance. Suspended over 15 feet above the guests, her strength and artistry created a truly magical moment.
The final performance of the curated show was a jaw-dropping display of contortion by Allison Schieler. Her incredible flexibility and mesmerizing movements had guests gasping in amazement.
Keeping the Energy Alive: Roaming Entertainment and Dance Floor Grooves
As the formal performances concluded, the energy of the party didn’t wane. DJ Yoshi seamlessly transitioned into upbeat tracks that filled the dance floor, encouraging guests to let loose and celebrate. Adding to the lively atmosphere were our two dynamic party dancers, who brought infectious energy and encouraged everyone to join in the fun.
Throughout the evening, our skilled roaming juggler moved through the three levels of Circo NYC, captivating guests with his incredible dexterity and engaging personality. His impromptu performances added an element of surprise and delight to the entire event.
