In baccarat, players aim to bet on the hand—either the player’s or the banker’s hand—that will have a total value closest to 9. Here are the basic rules:

Card Values: Cards 2-9 hold their face value; 10s and face cards have no value; Ace is worth 1 point.

Gameplay: The dealer deals two cards each to the player and the banker. Based on the initial hand value, a third card might be dealt based on specific drawing rules.

Scoring: If the total of the cards exceeds 9, only the second digit of the number is considered (e.g., a hand totaling 15 becomes 5). The hand closest to 9 wins.

Winning: Betting on the hand closest to 9 wins. A tie bet is also possible, where both the player and banker’s hands have the same total.

Natural Win: If either the player or banker receives a total of 8 or 9 with the first two cards (a natural), no more cards are drawn, and the highest hand wins.

Remember, the game’s flow follows predetermined rules for drawing a third card, based on the initial totals of both hands. The objective is to predict which hand will have a higher total or if a tie will occur.
