Planning the ideal space for our photo booth is effortless! We typically recommend allocating an area of approximately 8 feet by 8 feet to comfortably accommodate the photo booth setup. This provides ample room for your guests to strike poses, explore our diverse range of props, and create cherished memories. However, if your venue has slightly different dimensions, worry not; we’re adaptable and can customize our setup to fit your unique space. Our goal is to ensure your event in Charleston is seamless and enjoyable for both you and your guests.
Each package includes a 2-hour set-up window for the photo booth package. For some photo booth rentals, we can set up the booth in as fast as an hour if the window is shorter or it needs to be done during a room flip. If you book add-ons such as a custom backdrop or TV slide show, we may require more than two hours.
We are fully capable of setting up our photo booths in outdoor locations. To do so, we require access to a reliable power source and a flat surface for installation. It is also crucial that our equipment and attendants are shielded from harsh weather conditions such as rain and excessive heat. We can arrange for a protective tent at an extra cost if required, to avoid any damage to the gear from unforeseen weather disruptions. While spring and fall events might not always necessitate such protective measures, any appearance of adverse weather conditions will compel us to dismantle the photo booth, potentially impacting the agreed-upon service duration.
Each of our packages comes with the option to include hand-sign props that can be tailored to suit the theme or type of your event. Additionally, we offer the service of creating custom-printed props, available at an additional charge. If you are interested in this, please inquire with our sales team for further details.
Absolutely! You are entirely welcome to bring your own props. You can choose to integrate them with the ones we provide, or supply all of them yourself, depending on your preference!
Absolutely not! Each package includes an attendant(s) who will set up, operate and remove the booth following the completion of the service window. We are there to serve YOU!
For photo booth rentals that include printing in the package, yes! We would never want to put a limit on fun and each guest in the photo can receive a printout!
You sure will! We provide a folder full of all digital images or videos captured within 3 business days of the event so you can download and share them with whoever you please.
