Typically, we require a 10×10 to 12×12-foot area with a minimum of 8-foot overhead clearance. However, we can make adjustments to fit your event’s specific needs, should a smaller footprint be necessary.

Each package includes a standard 2-hour window for setting up the 360 photo booth. Should you be pressed for time or require room reconfiguration, we can accelerate the setup to be finished in just an hour. For those opting for additional features like custom backdrops, sharing stations, or TV displays, extra setup time may be required.

We’re happy to offer our 360 photo booth for outdoor events. However, we’ll require access to a reliable power source and a flat surface for setup. Moreover, it’s crucial to have adequate protection from weather conditions like rain or heat, as failure to provide this could result in the premature termination of our services.

Props are optional but included if you’d like to add an extra layer of fun to your event. We offer a diverse range of hand signs, which we’ll carefully select to suit the theme and tone of your occasion. Should you be interested in custom prop signs, our sales team is at your disposal. Custom props can be provided for an additional fee, tailored to your specific requirements.

Absolutely! You’re more than welcome to bring your own props. Feel free to mix and match them with ours, or supply all of them yourself—whatever best suits your event’s needs!

Absolutely not! Each package includes an attendant who will set up, operate and remove the 360 booth following the completion of the service window. 

360 videos can be sent to users via text or email following the completion of a session. We offer direct QR download when wifi or data is not available. 

If your venue has WiFi, it is best to see if there is a private network we can access to prevent delayed transmission time due to network bandwidth limitations. 

Absolutely! Within three business days following the event, we’ll provide you with a folder containing all captured videos. This allows you to download and share them as you see fit, with whomever you’d like.

The 360 booth videos will generally be 16 seconds long. This is to help with transmission speeds when users send via text or email. We can adjust this as needed.

Certainly! You’re welcome to enhance your 360 booth videos with music. We offer a selection of royalty-free tracks from our library for you to choose from. Just let us know which part of the song you’d like to feature, keeping in mind the length of your videos.

Yes, you can add any logos you would like, along with other graphic design elements. Our in-house team will work with you on the design process or, if you have your own graphics team, we can provide a design file for you. 

If you are interested in reserving a booth, please reach out to us by phone or submit a contact form. Our standard booking policy is 50% of the total paid with a signed contract to reserve your date.
