If you’re planning an event in Minneapolis and considering our Photo Booth Rental services, it’s important to note that the space needed can vary based on the type of booth you choose. Your venue might need to make room for a booth ranging in size from 8×8 feet to 12×12 feet. For precise measurements, we recommend contacting our sales team for more information.

How long does the photo booth it take to set up?

Each package includes a 2-hour set up window for the photo booth package. For some photo booth rentals, we can set up the booth in as fast as an hour if the window is shorter or it needs to be done during a room flip. If you are booking add-ons such as a custom backdrop or TV slide show, we may require more than two hours. 

Can I have the photo booth outdoor?

Absolutely! We’re happy to bring the photo booth fun outdoors, but we do have a few requirements to ensure a smooth experience:

  • Reliable Power Source: We’ll need access to a power outlet to operate the photo booth.
  • Level Surface: The setup requires a flat and stable surface for the photo booth and equipment.
  • Weather Protection: It’s essential to have adequate protection from the elements, such as a tent or covered area, to prevent any damage to the equipment. Failure to provide proper weather protection could unfortunately lead to the cancellation of our services.

If your event is during the spring or fall when the weather is typically mild, protection might not be necessary. However, at the first sign of inclement weather, we may need to temporarily pause photo booth operation to prevent damage to the equipment.

Do the rental packages include props?

Most of our photo booth packages include a fun selection of props to enhance your photos and encourage creativity. However, due to its mobile nature, the Roamer Photo Booth doesn’t come with props as there isn’t a designated area to set up a prop table. But don’t worry, if you’d love to have props with your Roamer, just let us know, and we’ll find a way to make it work!

Can I bring my own props?

Absolutely! We encourage you to bring props that reflect your event’s theme and add a personal touch to your photos. You can use our collection, bring your own, or mix and match! It’s all about making your photo booth experience uniquely yours.

Please note that while we welcome you to bring your own props, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to them during the event.

Do I have to run the photo booth?

Absolutely not! Each package includes an attendant(s) who will set up, operate and remove the booth following the completion of the service window.

Is printing unlimited?

For photo booths that include printing in the package, yes! We would never want to put a limit on fun and each guest in the photo can receive a printout.

Will I get all of the photos or videos captured?

You sure will! Within three business days of your event, we’ll provide you with a digital folder containing all the high-resolution photos and videos captured by the photo booth. You’re then free to download, share, and enjoy them however you like. Need access to the gallery during your event or want a faster turnaround? Just let us know, and we’ll make it happen!

How do I book a booth?

If you are interested in reserving a booth, please reach out to us by phone, email or by submitting a contact form. Our standard booking policy is 50% of the total paid with a signed contract to reserve your date.
