How long does the photo booth it take to set up?

Every package comes with a 2-hour setup window to ensure your photo booth is ready to capture fun and memories. In certain cases, we can expedite the setup to just an hour for some booth rentals, especially if the time window is tight or setup is during a room flip. If you’re enhancing your experience with add-ons like a custom backdrop or TV slideshow, a setup of more than two hours may be required

Can I have the photo booth outdoor?

We happily offer our photo booth services outdoors! A suitable power outlet and a flat surface are required for setup. Additionally, safeguarding against the elements (such as rain or heat) is imperative; we can supply a tent at an additional cost if needed, ensuring no rain damage or overheating of our equipment and staff. 

Does the package include props?

Yes, each of our packages includes the option for prop hand signs, tailored to align with your event type or theme. We also provide custom-printed props for an extra charge. For more details, please inquire with our sales team.

Can I bring my own props?

Certainly! Feel free to bring your own props. Whether you’d like to integrate them with ours or supply all of them yourself, we’re flexible to your preference!

Do I have to run the booth?

No, not at all! Every package comes with a dedicated attendant(s) who will handle the setup, operation, and dismantling of the booth after the service window concludes. We’re here to serve YOU!

Is printing unlimited?

It sure is! For photo booths that include printing options in the package, we ensure unlimited fun by allowing each guest in the photo to receive a printout! You have the choice between a classic 2×6″ photo strip or a full-size 4×6″ postcard for your printout. Every person in the photo can receive a photo. 

Will I get all of the photos or videos captured?

Absolutely! We supply a folder brimming with all digital images or videos captured, available within 3 business days post-event, ensuring you can download and share your memorable moments with anyone you wish.
