Why should I hire a photographer with you?

How do I book a photographer?

To secure a photography package, contact our sales team to find the perfect option for your needs. Once selected, we’ll draft a contract for you to sign. To finalize your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total fee is required with the signed agreement.

Can I see a portfolio of your photographers' work?

Absolutely! We can provide you with portfolios from our photographers tailored to the type of photography you require. This ensures you know exactly the style and quality of photography to expect.

How far in advance should I book a photographer?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure the availability of photographers, especially for large events or during peak seasons. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable except when cancellations occur within 7 days of contract signing and more than 30 days before the scheduled event. If a cancellation is made with more than 30 days’ notice from the event date, Extraordinary will refund any payments made beyond the initial deposit. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date.
