Frequently asked questions about our headshot services

How do I book a headshot session with Extraordinary?

To begin, fill out our contact form, call or email us at sales@bookextraordinary.com. We’ll arrange a consultation to discuss your needs, answer questions, and book your session.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, but we will try our best to accommodate urgent requests.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

What do I need to do to prepare for my headshot session?

Ensure you’re well-rested, hydrated, and have planned your outfits. Knowing your “best side” also helps.

What should I expect during the session?

We’ll start with a few test shots, review the images together, and adjust to achieve the perfect look. You’ll receive guidance and feedback throughout the session.

When will I receive my final images?

We offer several delivery options to suit your needs, including instant onsite delivery and onsite retouching with delivery. For larger packages, we provide delivery within 3 business days, and rush delivery is also available for an additional fee.

What are your rescheduling or cancellation policies?

For individual headshot sessions, if we receive notice at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session, we will refund any amount paid beyond the deposit. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, and rescheduling or transferring the deposit to a new date will be at our discretion based on availability.

For group and team sessions, we require at least 30 days notice prior to your scheduled shoot to refund any balance over the deposit. Depending on availability, we may be able to transfer your deposit to a new date at our discretion.
