How much room do I need for the photo booth?

Depending on which photo booth rental you choose for your event in Miami, you will need between 8×8′ of space and 12×12′ of space. Be sure to check with our sales team to clarify the exact specifications.

How long does it take the photo booth to set up?

Each package includes a 2-hour set up window for the photo booth package. For some photo booth rentals, we can set up the booth in as fast as an hour if the window is shorter or it needs to be done during a room flip. If you are booking add-ons such as a custom backdrop or TV slide show, we may require more than two hours. 

Can I have the photo booth outdoors?

We can provide our photo booths outdoor. We will need access to a suitable power outlet and a level surface to set up everything. Additionally, we will need protection from the elements (rain, heat, etc.) and can provide a tent for an additional charge if needed. This is to protect us from rain damage or the chance of our gear and attendant overheating! If your event is taking place in the spring or fall, protection is not 100% necessary but at the first sign of inclement weather, we will have to pull the photo booth and this could disrupt your service window. 

Does the package include props?

Yes, every package includes optional prop hand signs to match your event type or theme. We also offer custom-printed props for an additional fee. If interested, please ask our sales team for more information. 

Can I bring my own props?

Of course! You are more than welcome to provide your own props. You can work them in with ours or provide all of them, whatever you prefer! 

Do I have to run the booth?

Absolutely not! Each package includes an attendant(s) who will set up, operate and remove the booth following the completion of the service window. We are there to serve YOU!

Is printing unlimited?

For photo booths that include printing in the package, yes! We would never want to put a limit on fun and each guest in the photo can receive a printout! 

Will I get all of the photos or videos captured?

You sure will! We provide a folder full of all digital images or videos captured within 3 business days of the event so you can download and share them with whoever you please. 

How do I book a booth?

If you are interested in reserving a booth, please reach out to us by phone or submit a contact form. Our standard booking policy is 50% of the total paid with a signed contract to reserve your date.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Client Cancellation (30+ Days Prior):
    If the Client cancels an Event at least thirty (30) days before the Event Date, all prepaid fees, costs, and expenses will be refunded in full, except for any deposits, which are non-refundable.

  • Client Cancellation (Less Than 30 Days Prior):
    If the Client cancels an Event less than thirty (30) days before the Event Date, any deposits, retainers, or prepaid fees, costs, and expenses will be forfeited. The Client will also be responsible for paying all fees and expenses outlined in the applicable SOW.

  • Extraordinary Cancellation Due to Client Non-Compliance:
    If Extraordinary cancels an Event because the Client fails to obtain necessary permits and permissions, the Client will forfeit any deposits, retainers, or prepaid fees, costs, and expenses, and will be liable for all fees and expenses specified in the agreement.

What if I need to reschedule my event?

  • In the event that inclement weather is reasonably anticipated, making the Event unsafe or otherwise impossible to hold on the scheduled Event Date:

    1. Client Request for Rescheduling:
      The Client may request a rescheduled event date (“Rescheduled Event Date”) by providing written notice at least seventy-two (72) hours before the Event Date.

    2. Efforts to Accommodate:
      Extraordinary will make commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate the Rescheduled Event Date. Both parties will collaborate in good faith to ensure that the services for the Rescheduled Event Date are materially similar to those specified in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW). The Client acknowledges that specific performers listed in the SOW may not be available on the Rescheduled Event Date, and will need to select replacement performers from a list provided by Extraordinary. If Extraordinary cannot accommodate the Rescheduled Event Date (as determined at its sole reasonable discretion), the parties will work together to find an alternative date for the Event.

    3. Retention and Application of Funds:

      • Deposit Retention: Extraordinary will retain the deposit for the original Event Date and any nonrefundable or nontransferable payments made in advance by Extraordinary for the Event to offset any costs associated with the original Event Date.

      • Funds Application: If Extraordinary can accommodate the Rescheduled Event Date or an alternative date, all funds paid by the Client for the original Event (excluding the original deposit and any nonrefundable or nontransferable payments) will be applied to the Rescheduled Event Date. The Client will pay a new deposit, and the parties will enter into a new SOW.

      • Refunds: If Extraordinary is unable to accommodate the Rescheduled Event Date or an alternative date, Extraordinary will refund any amounts paid by the Client in excess of the applicable deposit, less any nonrefundable or nontransferable payments made in advance by Extraordinary for the Event.
